Well-balanced work-life balance is not only a buzzword today, but something we take seriously. For us, it is vital that our team continues to function productively from one challenging project to another, both at work and at home.
To keep up the spirit, we arrange monthly internal events, where we get together and do something fun. It can be anything from an online session of Kahoots or beer tasting to a Thursday afternoon “LillefredagstoreØL” arrangement with friends and partners.
What also brings life and action to our office are the interns we regularly take in. We take pride in giving the next generation of DevOps consultants a hands-on introduction to working in the industry, teach them tricks of the trade they don’t learn from sitting at school.
