Who we are
What makes us the efio DevOps consultants we are today? IT experts with hands-on technical understanding who can see the world as code. Team players who take initiative and lead wherever there is a need for it. We can translate business-critical needs to technical execution, start delivering results from day one we are set on a project.
All of us have done our subversion hooks, hacked a WLST script, and refused to let the IIS manager get the best of our PowerShell scripts. The absolute latest tools and technologies are part of our daily DevOps toolbox.
Learning new skills is just one of the perks in our job, we get to be part of the front-line task force to guide, mentor, and lead our clients to build their secure, reliable and scalable Cloud Native infrastructure, which is needed to support their business-critical apps and services.
Most of us at efio have been doing DevOps long before it was even was the thing it is today. With years of experience and backgrounds as hands-on developers, cloud architects, full-stack developers, solution architects, back-end software developers, site reliability engineers, continuous curiosity to make things work better, faster, and more reliable, has formed us to become the DevOps consultants we are today.
Meet the team
We tell our clients, that when they hire a DevOps consultant from efio to help with a project, you don’t just hire one man, but you get an entire team. Being part of a team and backing each other up is part of our efio DNA. Continuous Learning – we use resources to learn and teach each other new tools and techniques so, we can be even better at helping our clients with cloud and container challenges in the future.
Our approach is to listen to our consultants, hear them on what type of jobs and projects they find the most interesting to work with, and find a good match for them.
Well-balanced work-life balance is not only a buzzword today, but something we take seriously. For us, it is vital that our team continues to function productively from one challenging project to another, both at work and at home.
To keep up the spirit, we arrange monthly internal events, where we get together and do something fun. It can be anything from an online session of Kahoots or beer tasting to a Thursday afternoon “LillefredagstoreØL” arrangement with friends and partners.
What also brings life and action to our office are the interns we regularly take in. We take pride in giving the next generation of DevOps consultants a hands-on introduction to working in the industry, teach them tricks of the trade they don’t learn from sitting at school.
